Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

PeakPear is an early-stage service for music catalogue intake: it helps artists gather evidence about their work and share a structured report with the distribution partners they choose. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We will update it before the service opens more widely.

What we collect

How we use it

We use this information to run your account, to verify the profiles and evidence you provide, to prepare evidence reports you request, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

A report is shared only when you share it, with the people you choose. We use service providers to host and operate PeakPear, and they process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which deletes its access token. You can remove profiles and evidence, or ask us to delete your account and its data, by writing to us at the address below.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your account is open, or as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and delete it when your account is closed. We use encryption and access controls to protect it.
