Terms of service
Last updated: 2 October 2026These terms apply to your use of PeakPear. PeakPear is in an early, limited stage; these terms are a general starting point and will be updated before the service opens more widely. By using PeakPear you agree to them.
The service
PeakPear helps artists and organisations collect evidence about their music and creative work and share a structured evidence report with distribution partners. PeakPear does not distribute music and does not make catalogue decisions; partners make their own decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Information you provide must be accurate, and you may only add profiles, accounts and material that you control or are authorised to represent.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give PeakPear permission to store and process it to provide the service, including preparing the reports you ask for and sharing them as you direct.
Acceptable use
Do not use PeakPear to misrepresent who you are or what you have made, to submit material you have no right to, to interfere with the service, or to break the law or the terms of connected platforms.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform such as SoundCloud, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. You can disconnect it at any time.
Availability and liability
PeakPear is provided as is, and features may change while the service is being developed. Evidence reports describe the evidence provided; they are not a guarantee about any artist or recording. To the extent the law allows, PeakPear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Ending use
You can stop using PeakPear and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
